Constanta is one of the largest commercial ports in the Black Sea and the third largest in Europe.There were ships connecting Constanta with Varna and Odessa managed by Navlomar (http://www.navlomar.com/C...) â¬45 one-way, â¬60 return, summer only. This is probably not true anymore. There are said to be also routes to Istanbul, Turkey and Greece, but don't count on them.
